tesla-ticket-avoidance-mode.jpg.662x0_q100_crop-scalePutting an autopilot drive system on a toy car is a great achievement for an engineer, but making it work in real-world scenarios in a 691-horsepower electric car is definitely worth the world’s attention.

Going further, to make that autopilot system become even more badass than a parking ticket cop, is stellar.

Although it’s a bit late for this, Tesla made an April’s fools-like video where a Tesla Model S is avoiding parking tickets by playing smart with a cop. Well, in the real world, things aren’t going to end up like this, but it’s a start.

And having a Tesla Model S that has the ability of avoiding parking tickets can save you serious money in the long run (of course, I’m not encouraging illegal parking in any way). Or it can potentially cause you really serious legal troubles.
