New York Auto Show 2009 will bring to attention a lot of new cars, a lot of manufacturers that will want to sell green technologies as this seems to be the future for the automotive market.With similar specifications as the Tesla Roadster, Liv Inizio is an electric sports car made by EV Innovations formerly known as Hybrid Technologies. Last year they came up with an electric model of the Toyota Yaris, called Liv Wise.
Liv Inizio has an autonomy of 200 miles with an acceleration from 0 to 60 miles in 5 seconds. Even though the dimensions are increased compared to Tesla Roadster with 6 inches in width and 15 inches in length, the cars is lighter with 300 pounds being able to go to 150 mph top speed.
The Liv Inizio has a lithium ion battery pack and a cabin touch-screen LCD to inform you about the battery range. The lithium ion battery can be charged in about 8 hours.
EV Innovations develops it’s own lithium ion batteries and are able to convert almost everything from scooters, bicycles, mopeds, motorcycles and cars(such as Toyota Yaris, Smart ForTwo, PT Cruiser, Mini Cooper) to zero-emission vehicles.
